Epstein system

The Epstein system is an -illion system by Louis Epstein devised in the 1980s. It is based on the long scale rather than short scale unlike most -illion systems. The commonly accepted vocabulary of the long scale gives out at 10⁶⁰⁰ with the centillion. In the Epstein system numbers continue with SI prefixes representing the powers of a million:

• 1,000,000^1,000=10^6,000=1 kilillion
• 1,000,000^1,000,000=10^6,000,000=1 megillion
• 1,000,000^{1,000,000,000}=10^{6,000,000,000}=1 gigillion
• 1,000,000^{1,000,000,000,000}=10^{6,000,000,000,000}=1 terillion
• 1,000,000¹⁰¹⁵=1 petillion
• 1,000,000¹⁰¹⁸=1 exillion
• 1,000,000¹⁰²¹=1 zettillion
• 1,000,000¹⁰²⁴=1 yottillion
