The second goppatoth is equal to \(100\uparrow\uparrow100\ \&\ 10\) using the array of operator and BEAF. The term was coined by Cookie Fonster to match better with his further extensions of goppatoth, just like Aarex defined Second Gongulus to match better with the numbers in the gongulus series.
