$F_{a}(1)=F_{a-1}(100)$

$F_{1}(X)=10^{X}$

$F_{a,b}(X)=F_{a-1,b}(F_{a,b}(X-1))$

$F_{a,b}(1)=F_{a-1,b}(100)$

$F_{1,b}(X)=F_{F_{1,b}(X-1),b-1}(1)$

$F_{1,b}(1)=F_{100,b-1}(1)$

$F_{a,1}(X)=F_{a}(X)$
